This version of the eBizLab website presents the company and allows users to prepare enquiries. It does not include a shopping basket, an ordering process or payment systems. This page provides information and does not create a new set of general contractual terms applicable to every marketplace.
The terms for your order
For a purchase made through a marketplace or another online shop, please consult the seller’s identity, terms of sale and pre-contractual information shown on that channel at the time of purchase, together with the order confirmation you received.
In particular, check the product description, total price, taxes, delivery costs and times, payment methods, withdrawal arrangements, guarantee and complaints procedure. Keep the documentation relating to your purchase. Commercial terms cannot restrict the mandatory rights granted to consumers by the applicable law.
Support for purchases from eBizLab
If the seller named in your order is Ebizlab S.r.l., contact assistenza@ebizlab.it, providing the marketplace, order number and reason for your enquiry. These details help identify the purchase; omitting them does not remove your statutory rights.

Business customers and cross-border sales
Business-to-business sales are governed by the agreements applicable to the relationship and do not automatically benefit from protections reserved for consumers. For sales to consumers in other countries, applicable mandatory rules and any more favourable local protections remain unaffected.
