Giving notice of withdrawal
The rules described here concern distance purchases of goods by consumers subject to Italian law. For purchases in other countries, the applicable mandatory rules and any more favourable terms offered by the sales channel remain unaffected.
Subject to the exceptions provided by law, consumers buying goods at a distance have 14 days to give notice of withdrawal without stating a reason. The period begins on the day the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods. For goods from a single order delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item; specific rules apply to other delivery arrangements.

You may use the model notice below, but this is not mandatory. Keep proof of your notice. Prior authorisation is not required for a withdrawal notice to take effect.
The return process
- Tell us your decision. Email assistenza@ebizlab.it or use the procedure available through your purchasing channel. Order details help us identify the purchase; you do not need to give a reason for withdrawing.
- Check the return instructions. Refer to the instructions supplied with your order or request them from customer service. We provide the correct return address and shipping instructions, or details of any agreed collection.
- Protect the product. Use packaging suitable for transport and include the relevant accessories. Original packaging can be useful if available; its absence does not automatically exclude your right of withdrawal.
- Return the item and keep proof. Observe the time limits below and retain your shipping or collection receipt. Refunds follow the rules in the dedicated section.
A withdrawal notice is effective without prior authorisation from customer service. Contacting us helps organise the return and does not suspend or reduce your statutory rights or time limits.

Returning the product
Unless the seller offers to collect the goods, they must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after notice of withdrawal is given. Dispatching the goods within that period is sufficient.
The direct cost of returning the goods may be borne by the consumer only if the consumer was informed of this before the purchase and the seller has not agreed to bear the cost. The terms of the particular sales channel may provide more favourable conditions.
To identify the correct returns address, consult the instructions for your order or contact customer service. Do not automatically use the company’s registered office as the returns address. Requesting the address must not hinder the exercise of the right of withdrawal or compliance with the time limits.
Reimbursement and condition of the goods
Reimbursement must be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notice of withdrawal is given. It includes the price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, but excludes any additional charges resulting from the choice of a more expensive delivery option.
For goods, the seller may withhold reimbursement until it has received the product or evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first, unless the seller has offered to collect it. Reimbursement is made using the same means of payment as the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed at no cost to the consumer.
The consumer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, subject to the limits provided by law.
Exceptions and defective products
The right of withdrawal is excluded only in the cases provided for in Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, for example goods genuinely made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, goods liable to deteriorate rapidly, or certain sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed. The exclusion must be relevant to the product and disclosed in the information applicable to the purchase.
